Shipping Policy
Shipping Zones and Options
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping options for most items include standard and expedited shipping. With the possible exception of body butters or balms shipped between the months of May and September. Please note that depending on weather conditions, some orders containing body butters or balms shipped during these warmer months may ship by expedited shipping only due to the increased possibility of exposure to excessive heat during shipping. This heat can be damaging to natural products, especially temperature-sensitive body butters and balms. To avoid heat damage we may ship by expedited methods when body butters are included in your order. Please see the product
listing and shipping options on the product page for the latest information.
Processing Times
All in-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days. Orders completed on holidays or weekends will be processed starting the next business day. During high-volume periods this processing time may be delayed or extended. The Lost Garden is not responsible for shipping delays that occur after the order
has shipped.
Shipping confirmation and Tracking
You should received shipping confirmation by email after the order has shipped, usually within 24-48 hours. Once tracking information is available from the shipment carrier you should be able to track your order using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Lost Garden is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking pictures of the packaging just as it arrived will be helpful to the claim. Lost packages must be reported to the shipment
carrier within 14 days of delivery. If they are unable to locate the lost package, then please contact our support team. Refunds/reships will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the findings of the carrier during the claims process.
Return policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact The Lost Garden in writing by email within 14 days of delivery. While we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, we do want you to be happy with your purchase and all of your items. So if you are not fully satisfied with any products you purchased from us, please contact us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement items on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our policies.
Body Butter/Balm Disclaimer
Before requesting a refund on products, read the following:
Please note that body butters and balms are temperature-sensitive and may soften, become altered in texture or consistency, or even melt during transit if they are subjected to high temperatures. While we at The Lost Garden do everything we can to assure that your products reach you in perfect shape despot

weather conditions,

we cannot control the weather or unexpected shipping delays. When you receive
your products, open them carefully over a sink or countertop as oils can settle at the top and balms and butters can soften and shift during shipping. If the product has softened or melted, place it in the fridge
for about 2- 3 hours or freezer for 30 minutes to re-solidify it. Try it out within the 14 day window for returns/replacements and if you are still not satisfied with your product please contact us by email to
begin the process of refund or replacement.
